Wireless clients randomly drop out and windows gives error "unable to connect to SSID" on subsequent connection attempt.

If you disable and re enable the wireless adapter on the windows client, the connection is successful.

So far we have seen the issue on windows clients only.

Setup details:

WLC - 2504 version 8.3.112.0

AP: AIR-AP2802I-Z-K9

WLAN Security : 802.1x

has anyone faced similar issue? any help to troubleshoot the issue would be much appreciated.

What is the exact model of the wireless NIC and the version of the wireless driver running?

What OS is the wireless client running on?
