Hello,
I am trying to set up SSO but I struggle to activate RP ports. I have connected them via fiber to swiches in the same vlan and I do not get any link. I do not see that RP port as available port in Web Gui menu redundancy config.
I have attached a picture. What I do wrong ?
Thanks for any help.

So we have tried different optics, and fiber cables. Also tried different upstream switch and still nothing.. The links come up on the upstream switch but the WLC SFP port stays orange.
Cisco TAC have looked at it we have done pcaps etc and can see nothing..
TAC have gone into the Linux shell of the WLC to check the status of the RP port. Its up but no counters are incrementing on either WLC.. Very strange issue,
We have RMA controllers on the way :).. Lets hope we dont have the same issue.

Hello together,
I struggled two days with this and eventually found out that I had plugged in GLC-LH-SM SFP Modules instead of GLC-LH-SMD
In the documentation only GLC-LH-SMD or GLC-SX-MMD are supported
For anyone also bumping his head against the wall, this could be pretty helpful.
Best regards,
Marcel

Hey Marcel -
Thank you so much for this recommendation! I put in that exact optic in my WLC and 4500X and things started working!
