Wireless Controller 9800

Hi,

i have a issue with user connecting to WiFi SSID in WLC C9800. after the connect to SSID the IP is not obtain  to the user. so i have check the WCL and firewall. still the maximum number of IP to assign to user to connect to that SSID. 

and i have manually restarted the WCL to slove the issue. but after restarting the problem occured in secondary WCL. 

But now one is working fine but the secondary is having the issue.

after login to the GUI this below error showing.

tried putty the seconday WCL it showing some standby in hostname it wierd to see this standby name login in to putty.

 -  The GUI uses VTY lines for processing http requests , it is strongly recommended to increase the number of vty lines with
         # line vty 16 50

-  Have a checkup of the primary  9800 WLC configuration with the CLI command show tech wireless and feed the output to : Wireless Config Analyzer

   - Further engage in full client debugging (when not getting an IP address) according to https://logadvisor.cisco.com/logadvisor/wireless/9800/9800ClientConnectivity , these debugs can be analyzed with Wireless Debug Analyzer

  - Outputs from the commands mentioned in https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/catalyst-9800-series-wireless-controllers/217738-monitor-catalyst-9800-kpis-key-performa.html#anc5 can also be useful

 - Check software version , advising to go for 17.9.5
