wireless controller not synchronizing with AP

Hello All,

I am getting the below mentioned error from AP(AIR-CAP 3602I-N-K9) when connected to 2500 wireless controller.

Version:1.0 StartHTML:0000000167 EndHTML:0000001433 StartFragment:0000000454 EndFragment:0000001417

Feb  3 08:25:20.763: %CAPWAP-3-ERRORLOG: Failed to decode discovery response.

*Feb  3 08:25:20.763: %CAPWAP-3-ERRORLOG: CAPWAP SM handler: Failed to process message type 2 state 2.

*Feb  3 08:25:20.763: %CAPWAP-3-ERRORLOG: Failed to handle capwap control message from controller

*Feb  3 08:25:20.763: %CAPWAP-3-ERRORLOG: Failed to process unencrypted capwap packet from X.X.X.X

*Feb  3 08:25:20.763: %CAPWAP-3-ERRORLOG: Discovery response from MWAR 'Cisco_YYY'running version 7.0.220.0 is rejected.

Setup:

1. AP is getting the IP address from the DHCP server.

2. I am to ping the wireless controller from AP and from AP to wireless controller also.

Could anyone please suggest me why the AP is not getting synchoronized.

Discovery response from MWAR 'Cisco_YYY'running version 7.0.220.0 is rejected.

You need 7.2.X firmware.

Your IOS version is not compliable you need to upgrade it with 7.2X firmware. Go to the below link and download the updated firmware.
