I have a customer that has older Dickson Temperature loggers that work great on the Cisco Access points both Controller based and autonomous. They recently started purchasing new ones that we cannot get working on Controller based or Autonomous Cisco Access points. When they connect you can only ping them for a short while sometimes not at all and they cannot communicate out the network to update cloud based temp logging site. Symptoms are the same DHCP or static.
Customer confirmed that if he brings the unit home and connects to his cheap home wireless access point it works fine.
I was wondering if any else has seen issues like that and what they did to correct.

This just came up again for me after recent wireless controller upgrade. So though I would post the solution.
config flexconnect group groupname dhcp overridden-interface enable

Perhaps try disabling newer protocols, like 802.11n and 802.11ac.
