A question, the Catalyst 9100 access points will stop work after DNA Essentials subscription expires? I mean, the Controller licences of the AP expires?
The license for the AP to operate as a wireless AP won't expire. If you don't have DNA Centre, don't worry/bother about the expiring DNA Licenses. DNA License is just a mandatory "tax" to fund the "development" of DNA Centre.
I have some 9100’s in EWC and the license shows that it will expire in 80 days. I was told that nothing will happen when the timers ticks down to 0, everything will continue to function and no loss of service. However, I still want to wait and see just to make sure:)
