Depends what you wnat to use throught the ssid.

use voice(Platinum) or video(gold) to get best performance.

If I were you I wouldnt worry too much abt QOS, I will try to fine tune my RF profiles to best suit the environment where the AP' are in.

I might use QOS a only as a life line.

First thing to look at is the wireless design and the radio utilization of each and every AP. The radio utilization shouldn't be used by more than 20% (on 2.4 GHz) or 10% (5 GHz) as a rule of thumb if no traffic is flowing. If it is, you might first need to re-do the wireless design. 

Next you could look at, is AVC: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/controller/technotes/8-8/AVC_8point8_dg.html

This can, but not always will, help for certain protocols. 

Also remember, the more clients per AP, the less throughput you will achieve. What are your bandwidth requirements (in Mbps per client) and kind of APs and clients?
