hello everyone,

we are planning to move for wireless lan from wired network.

now we are using 15 systems.

our office work nature is working in ERP.

we do transfer files through ftp also.

15 system is placed in distance of 600 m each.

now my question is  what are components i should buy to form a ad-hoc network.???

Hi,

First conduct a site survey and get some details as

1. How many AP required?

2. User load on Per AP?

3. Which AP will fit your organization?

But as your shared that there are only 15 Users working so I suggesting for Cisco 1550 AP with mobility Express feature. It will ok for you.
