May i know what is the cli command to enable this?

I tried enabling it in the GUI but when i looked at the difference upon saving the config there were no difference so I'm suspecting that this is connected to the issue we are experiencing right now where in the mdns packets from the server are not reaching the chromecasts.

As I've advised previously do not try to do chromecast with mdns bridging.  You'll need a chromecast proxy which is directly connected to the chromecast subnet and the user subnet to make this work half reliably.  Ethernet connected chromecast units with chromecast proxy for wireless users (proxy still needs to be directly connected to the user subnet) is the most reliable solution for chromecast.

Yes there is a proxy server for that purpose. mDNS gateway on the WLC is not ideal because the wireless users are able to cast to all the chromecasts in the hotel and that would be problematic. imagine casting some obscene videos to the other rooms. here is the diagram of this setup.
