hello @TimMees60387. If u're seeing an "incorrect login" error on ur Cisco wireless device, here are a few things to check:

  • Default Credentials: Try admin/admin or check if someone has changed them. Some models may not require a username.
  • Console Access: Use a console cable and terminal software (PuTTY) to connect directly. This is helpful if the GUI or SSH isn't working.
  • Password Recovery: Most Cisco devices allow recovery by interrupting the boot process. The steps depend on your model.
  • Factory Reset (last resort): If recovery fails and u're still locked out, a factory reset will wipe all settings, so make sure you have backups.

hope it helps G

@TimMees60387   - That is not enough info to proceed with, what is the cisco wireless component or components you are talking about ? Are you  talking about administrative access or user access ?

this for wireless module the password

   - @TimMees60387      Probably the only way to get out is to reset the wireless module

                             Try service-module wlan-ap 0 reset default-config
and then reset the AP module
                                 service-module wlan-ap 0 reset

You may then only need an enable password for connecting to it (getting privileged access)
                                 which is  Cisco
