Hello All,

I recently reinstalled NCS 2.1 on a Prime infrastructure appliance. The PI is currently managing my network devices but I discovered it is managing the Wireless LAN Controller but the access point are not showing up on the prime infrastructure.

What could be the problem and the possible fix.

Will appreciate all responses to this issue.

APs not found in PI

Symptom:
Upgrade of PI.

Conditions:
Upgrade of PI from any version, we may see some Access Points on WLC but not on PI. We see the WLC Audit on PI shows the Message below:

(AP) VS-PR530969/50:06:04:4a:66:e0 Not Present in NCS
