You can. But, you need to configure your WLC accondingly. A and B was used by US Country until recently. Then, US started using B and a few Countries in Latin America is using A.
In order to make the AP join the WLC, you need to go to the Wireless Tab, under Country, select US and Argentina.
Just keep in mind that you should run AP A to avoid any problem with local regulators.
