Wireless scanning WIPS AP models supportive

Hi, In catalyst 9100 series which models have dedicated scanning radio for 24/7 scanning or WIPS? while 24/7 scanning, whether they can support client connections also?

or

This can be achieved only by dedicated monitor APs only?
