** it didnot helped and following message appears repeatidly:
Translating "CISCO-CAPWAP-CONTROLLER"...domain server (255.255.255.255)
***** can some advise what may be possible reason, or need to correct configuration? (I do not have WLC and want to use AP as standalone).

It must be fa0 or gig0 interface

Checked it again and all the time i receive the following message:

Translating "CISCO-CAPWAP-CONTROLLER"...domain server (255.255.255.255)

Translating "CISCO-CAPWAP-CONTROLLER"...domain server (255.255.255.255)
*** I have following Interfaces:

BVI1                       10.10.10.102    YES TFTP   up                             up 
GigabitEthernet0           unassigned      YES manual up                    up 
GigabitEthernet1           unassigned      NO  unset  administratively  down
Checked with both BVI and G0, in either interface I can not access TFTP or Ping is not successful.

Still your AP is working with Controller based image.

First convert it to Autonomous mode then start with conifg.
