Hi all,
I have LAP Air-CAP3602E-x-k9 connected with WLC 2504 802.11a/n and 802.11b/g/n both are enabled. i am sitting next to my AP and i am only user who is connected to AP. When i copay a file it should give me at least more then 100Mbps for 802.11bn but in my scanrio i am gettinh 1 to 3 Mbps. i checked i am connected to 802.11bn and WPA and AES is enabled. what is the problem hhow i can get more then 100Mbps at my WLAN.

According to this link if it correct the Dell nic you have is a 1x1:1

This means at best you will only see 144 PHY, because its only 1 spatial. Your actual throughput should be around 70 mbps. If you arent seeing 70 mbps can you explain how you are measuring this performance. You can use Zap or Iperf for example. I would put a device right off the switch in server mode and put the wireless laptop in client mode and post the results.
Here is beta testing Zap (Window Side) and ZapPerf (Mac Air Side) with 11ac on the 3700. The Air is a 2x2:2 and the channel bonding is 80Mhz. But also note the 802.11n results as well.

Version is 9.2.0.115
That's an old driver version. For Windows 7, the latest driver is version is 9.2.0.310.

First check to make sure your client is configured for 802.11n , make sure the WLAN has WMM enabled, also make sure you are bonding ..

George is spot on............
1. You need to go to wireless>802.11a/n>High Throughput (802.11n) and enable 11n mode. Also do this under radio 802.11b/g/n.
2. Use wpa2/aes
3. Enable WMM on the WLAN SSID

Thanks for your response i done the same but while copying a file from file server which is connected to my switch i can only get 2 to 2.5 MB/s or 25Mbps aprox what is reason?? and if i check my wirless adapter speed is mention there is 144Mbps

What is the model of the wireless NIC card? And what is the version of the driver the NIC is running on.

Wirless card: Dell Wireless 1702 802.11b/g/n

This may be true & it is depend on client limitations, iPhone is supporting 1 Speacial stream (SS) & may be same with your iPad as well. See the below data rates table.If it is 1SS, 20MHz bandwidth & GI=800ns max you would get is 65Mbps.
If your iPhone is a newer model (like iPhone5 onwards) it will support 5GHz, 40MHz bandwidth. So if you have configured your WLC to support 40MHz [802.11a > RRM > Dynamic Channel Assignment (DCA) -> Channel width 40MHz ] you could get max 150Mbps

If you want to get higher data rates you should have client that supports multiple Spacial Streams (like MacBookAir 2SS, MacBookPro 3SS)
