Wireless Users getting 0.0.0.0 IP address

We have a Wireless Controller 2504 with 4 AP's.  The wireless AP are getting an address but the users connecting to the AP's are getting an address of 0.0.0.0.  The DHCP server is the router and the controller can ping this device.  The controller is running 7.6.130.0 which is the same for other sites that are working correctly with an identical configuration.  Many Thanks Gary

did you configure the dynamic interface correctly ?

paste the screenshot of dynamic interface page !!!

Info: If there a some wireless clients that have an static IP address configured, make sure that under the advance tab of the WLAN the option of DHCP required is not checked, becasue if it is the wireless clients with an static IP address will not be able to comunicate on the netowrk.
