The BR350 is a true point-to-point bridge meant to be used to connect two sites together via wireless up to 21 miles away with the correct antennas. The WGB352 is a device that connects up to eight wired clients via a hub connected to the WGB to a wireless LAN. Here are a few URLs that should further explain the differences. http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/pcat/350wlbr.htm and http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/pcat/350wgbr.htm
ETSI Cnfg means that the unit is configured for use in European countries using guidelines set by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute.
