Hi
In our project there are two wisim controller connected in one switch 6509
and other controller 5760 & they are 28 th floor ,with single ssid
for design for vlan
so i need two vlans for wism
1 one service port vlan
2 mgmt vlan
and we using AP groups for 28th floor
so need need 28th vlans
and 5760 controller connected to 4948 switch in which five floor are connected with access point 2602
so i need 6 vlans
one for mgmt
and other five vlans for AP groups

Hi Sayed,
For WISMs you'd require at least two VLANs,One as the service vlan and the other for Management.
then the next question where you going to have your clients??
Also I'm not sure how you going to use your 5760,If you are going to use it as an extension(or tertiary) to the SSID's in wism, you'll need to stretch the SSID VLANs from your 6509 across to the 5760.
you could have your APs in different set of VLANs according to the number of APs you going to have.
Cheers

DHCP pool configuration is one thing you could do to get the wism going. you also could configure the static IPs using the session command or console, check here. Here is the initial config guide.
As for the VLANs, I'll throw in some ideas but might vary on your requirements. I assume that this would be a guest environment where you'd use a portal or static key for authentication. I would just stick with 1 VLAN for the single SSID or use the Interface group option in the controller to group few VLANs. Non-routed VLAN for wism, One for WLC Management interfaces, One or two VLANs for APs
Since you'd need the 5760 to run a new code to support 2602 primary secondary tertiary wouldn't work for you. You'd have to go with Primary,Secondary wism and 5760 as a separate controller (Yes,wism wouldn't support 2602 but wism2 would). So you wouldn't have roaming between wism and 5760

Thanks preranda
there is a hotel of 28th floors and only single ssid,so in a controller i need create 28 interfaces of vlans .
they are 200 Aps of series 1040 access points
and for 5760 controller is there 98 APs of series 2602 Acess points
and these 98 accesspoint are distributed in five floor
please advice for vlan design
Could you please post any links for configuration guides for two wism &5760 controller for both extension (or tertiary)
or
for if i make primary secondary ,tertiary
and what configuration is to be done on both wism & 5760 controller
for wism
for example ip dhcp pool wism-mgmt
network 192.168.1.0 255.255.254.0
default-router 192.168.1.254
we can assign two ips and excluded from dhcp server
int vlan 86
ip add 192.168.1.254 255.255.255.0
noshutdown
ip add of first wism 192.168.1.1 and wism 192.168.1.2
and for controller 5760 we can assign same dhcp server and then excluded from dhcp server
and these controller 192.168.1.3
as far i know wism do not support accesspoint registration 2602 correct me if am wrong
please advice for these topology

Thanks Preranda for your support
1.i will make primary and secondary for two wism 1 controllers
2.so i need two vlan one for serviceport and one mgmt vlan
3.for vlan for floor in guest network i will make AP groups
single ssid will maps to 27 floor
4.for 5760 controller we need another vlan mgmt
then these single ssid will maps to 5 floor separtely(only 2602 Acess point are connected)
5.for wism controller for registration of Access points
we need option 43 is required or dns server for example
for example ip dhcp pool wism-mgmt
network 192.168.1.0 255.255.254.0
default-router 192.168.1.254
dns-server 192.168.1.254
or
option 43 is required
please correct me if i make any mistakes in the vlan design

Hi Sayed,What about VLANs for APs? specifically the ones that you need to force to go on to 5760. You'd have to carefully plan the AP registration process as you may want or do no want APs from wism to go on to 5760.So you gotta find out how you going to set the DHCP options, Alternatively you can put all the APs going to 5760 in to a different VLAN than the APs on the wism. These are only suggestions from what I can see from your questions, If you are in the designing phase you'd have to carefully consider whole your environment before taking any decisions

Need your advice
Hi
in our one project they are two wisim 1 module in 6500
and one 5760 controller connected two same lan network
and 5760 controller is connected two lan network switch 4948 switch
for wisim 1 modules native vlan is compulsary or
we can make controller mgmt ip add for AP registration

for each Five floor one one AP groups subnet like 192.168.15.x/24
or
for each floor seperate subnets for AP groups Experts please advice
For mobility groups
for two wisim 1 module and 5760 controller
As far i known we cannot make mobility groups for wisim 1 and 5760 controller
expert please advice for mobility groups in this topology
