I think you need to upgrade the firmware of your controller.

It may work after 2 -3 reboot or power off the module  for sometimes .After sometime the same problem happens

This description is typical of a firmware bug.  If you need to choose a good version, go with 7.0.240.X.

Don't forget to upgrade the bootstrap.

We use ap1020 (aironet) , we tried to upgrade the controller  .Once the controller upgraded  AP'S are not connecting to the controller

Lat IOS support for 1020 AP is 4.2.209.0.

check this mtrix sheet: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/controller/5500/tech_notes/Wireless_Software_Compatibility_Matrix.html

Hmmmm ... Maybe the issue could be the version of your web browser.

Hi,

Can u please paste the output of the command: show network status

If you sse these commands is disabled then please enabled it agin :

WLC > config network ssh enable

WLC > config network webmode enable

WLC > config network secureweb enable

There was a bug in the wisms and the workaround  was to reload the controller.

If u have 2 wism then please Move over the APs and reload that WLC , that should fix it.

Hope it helps.

Regards
