Because WISM module support LAG protocol over its 4 gigabit links (will be seen by only 1 link), I don't think I have to activate the spanning tree over those.
Am I right, any others considerations for that ?

No, you don't need to turn on SPT on these links. One other consideration to keep in mind, is that this is a module running in your core, and it is recommended that you do VTP exclusions for non-wireless VLANs.

To add to this, Cisco also recommends enabling "spanningtree portfast" on the port-channel interface.
