I'm designing the wlan solution for a client.
Our requirement is to have two SSIDs along with remedy vlan(quarantine vlan).
1. Corp
Corporate traffic will be locally switched(Cisco wlc H-REAP mode). If software check fails users must be moved to remedy vlan.
2. Guest(tunneled to anchor using LWAPP)
My doubts are,
1. We use openradius for user authentication. WLC uses the "SNMP set" operation to implement the remedy vlan. Whether wlc supports radius(.1x) to configured the vlan dynamically.
2. Remediation server is deployed in Datacenter. corp vlan & remedy vlan(quarantine vlan) share the same wlan ssid. How to enable local switching for corp.vlan & tunneling for remedy vlan.
3. Is there any other way to implement remedy vlan apart from cisco's inbuild quarantine vlan solution.
