Hello,
If i will buy Cisco APs & Controllers:
first case without having DNA Center appliance: The license i have to buy is DNA Essentials subscription. This should be needed to enable the APs to operate on the controller. Correct? (acting as AP license).
2nd case: If we will have DNA Center appliance: we should have DNA Essentials or Advantage subscription (depending on the features we need and if we will have SDA in action or not). Correct?
The real question: This is a Subscription-based solution -> WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN THE SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES? will the AP stop working completely? (in both of the cases above)?
Thanks

Case 1: PRESENTLY, if there is no DNA appliance then do not worry about the expiring DNA licenses.
Case 2: WHEN the DNA appliance is online, buy or renew the DNA license.

Currently from Cisco on DNA Subscription licensing for Wireless and Route/ Switch
When they expire there is no impact to the network, it keep working.
But in the future who knows. I know Meraki has a grace period before it stops functioning.
