Hi guys,

according to the actual Cisco Unified Wireless IP Phone 7925G, 7925G-EX, and 7926G Deployment Guide Revision [1.4(6)  07/14/15],
the number of calls may decrease from 20 streams to 7 if Bluetooth is enabled (data rate 12 Mbps).
Is this still valid by using new generation access points (2600 / 2700 / 3600 / 3700) ?
If this is also valid for new APs could you give me a technical background and explain me why ?

Yes I know that is highly recommended to use 802.11a if using Bluetooth !!

Bluetooth will cause co-channel interference.

There are any experience with a lot of cordless keyboard an mouse that are working in 2.4GHz ?

We have 5 APs (2700) and 60 keyboards & mouses whit also cordless headsets..

Try reading this subject: USB 3 wireless issues

We have 5 APs (2700) and 60 keyboards & mouses whit also cordless headsets..

Depends on the severity and intensity of the interference and if CleanAir is enabled.  Most of the time the interference is at 2.4 Ghz but if 5.0 Ghz is supported by wireless clients (and if Band Select is also enabled) then there should be little issues (other than lack of APs).

Any reason why you don't have voice on 5?
