WLAN users sometimes authenticate to the Radius JUST fine, some other times they take forever and they are timed out.
Any hint as to where i should look first?
Has anyone seen this problem?

You could run a debug client < client mac address >
to see what is happening. You could also check the logs on your AAA server to see if there was a reject, or if it just didn't respond.
You can also take a look at the EAP timers,
