hi,
I have a WLC 2504 that I can't login because I have forgotten the Username and Password. Now I want to apply a reset factory via reset button on WLC. I was wondering if you can tell me how. I'm new to configuring WLC and I'm afraid of losing the service by making mistakes.
Thanks

You need a console cable first. Then when connected to the console, you reboot the controller. You will be prompted to hit esc a few secondary nds after the controller powers up. Now look for the line item that clears the configuration and enter that. Don't remember off hand, but don't delete primary or secondary image. This is how to clear your WLC to factory.

I have a similar issue and I do not have any console access either. Is there any way to reset to factory defaults via the reset button?
Thanks
