WLC 2504 SSID issue. - Page 2

Hi All,

I have configured two WLC 2504 (Primary/ Secondary - Standalone) with two SSID.

one SSID - works with PSK key.

Primary WLC is working good.

Secondary one SSID is working good and another SSID is not getting IP to connect (Works with PSK).

Scanner is to be connecting here.

1. Compared both WLC config and remains same.

Please advise.

Check if Fast-ssid is enabled or not!!! if not then enable it.

also tell me which SW version you are running on controller ?

Yes Fast SSID enabled.

IOS version -- 8.0.140.0

can you upgrade wlc software to 8.0.152.0 and give a try.

issue identified - 802.x authentication error.

so you mean 802.1x ? > so instead PSK .1x was configured ?

or you mean phy issues e.g. 802.11abgn ? > maybe wlan signal problems
