Hi Guys,
I have 12 AP's and in the WLC 2504 Dashboard I'm only able to see Top 9 AP's.
Please check attached screenshot.
Anyone who has experienced the same issue and able to fix it?
Thanks,
Mark

Mark,
Can you post what code your running on the 2504? The Dashboard is new and still developing.

Hi Scott,
Thanks for the quick reply. We're running WLC software version 8.0.115.0. It seems that the affected AP's are the universal AP AIR-AP2702I-UXK9. BTW, have also primed those universal AP's.

Mark

I have a few customers with the 2504 and the 2702 UX and I see the access points on the dashboard. The only difference is that I have the AP's split amount two controllers and don't have more than 8 per controller. You are looking at the access point section in the dashboard correct?

Hi Scott,
Yes, I also confirm that I have enough AP count License. 25

Two things you have to confirm.
1- Do you have enough Ap-Count License to support these 12 APs, check on WLC licensing tab.
2- Check the 12 APs count from controller console [WLC#show ap summary] if the above is correct ,if you get the 12 number of APs from console then its GUI fault.
Note: Also restart Controller once.
Hope this is helpful ;)

Hi Gohussai,
1. I have AP-Count License of 25
I also restart the controller more than once but the issue still persist.
Anything else need to check?

Mark

v8.0.120.0 MR2 is available now. I would upload that code to the WLC since it has fixes that the escalation image has. Maybe it will fix the issue your having also.
