Good day guys,
At our company we have a WLC 2504 wireless LAN controller, controlling a number of WLAN's. Recently we changed the password for one of the WLAN's and had no issue reconnecting any device to the network with the new password, however a number of days later we experienced a power outage and when power was restored to the controller the password for the WLAN in question had returned itself to the previous password and so all connected devices were kicked off the network.
Is there a step we missed to ensure that any password changes are saved in the controllers configuration file for when it restarts, similar to with cisco switches?
I must also add that the password change was performed via the web interface, not via ssh or telnet using the command line.
Thanks!

Ah ! Apply applies the config change but does not save it, you have "save configuration" option at the top right, next time you make change and you want the change to be on controller after reboot then apply the config and then save the config.
