WLC 4400 -> invalid user count per LAP

Hi everybody!

I've a problem with my WLC. On the first web page ( Monitor -> Summary ), the clients summary is correct.

But if I go to Monitor -> 802.11b/g and then click on detail for any AP it report an invalid user count ( sometimes 190 users associated to one AP !!! ).

I've show theses errors for the first time througt mx WCS server (Monitor -> Network summary where I can see my top 5 AP with more than 600 users on these AP!

Have you oberved this problem? I can't find any information in bug tool or tac case collection...

I've a WLC 4404 100 AP firmware 4.206.0

Some time client counts are wrong where all the probing clients are shown which might be the cause.Try upgrading the software version to 4.0.79.11 and try disabling MFP under WLANs.

We had some issues where the drop down selection "Refresh from Network" (to the right of the heatmap) did not correctly refresh the client count.

This was resolved in the latest/greatest WCS version.
