Hello
I have 30 access points with 2 WLC 4402 each one connected to 6506 by just 1 link,as 4402 support 25 access points ,what can i do in this situation?
1)do i assign 15 access point to each WLC?e.g 15 LWAP per controller?or what?
2) is it recomnded to ulize both gig interface on the WLC?e,g 1 interface to each 6506?
3)or assign the 30 LWAP to 1 controller and keep the 2nd standby?

Whatever floats your boat. If I was in the same situation as you, I'd have 15 LAPs go to one controller and the other 15 to another. I would also configure the backup WLC as well.2) is it recomnded to ulize both gig interface on the WLC?e,g 1 interface to each 6506?
It would be nice but not necessary. Cisco recommend no more than 25 APs "tied" to one distribution ports due to bandwidth constraints. Since you have a 4402-25 I don't see any need unless you have extra SFPs available.Hope this helps. Don't forget to rate our posts.

MY webpage????
I would also configure the backup WLC as well.
WLC1 to be configured as "primary" and WLC2 as "secondary" to the APs joined to WLC1.
For APs joined to WLC2, configure WLC2 as "primary" and WLC1 as "secondary".
