Hi,
I bought Cisco WLC 4402 for training purposes, I got Cisco console and then spliter to usb to console Ethernet, when I console into it I see the tap change to green but nothing been displayed on the screen, I took it back to the store and change it with other one but same issue,
I don't know the service mgmt. IP nor username and password and now wondering how can I solve this complex situation !!!
