CISCO Wireless Controller 5500 series , 50 APs are there with WLC but facing a issue on a perticular block of APs(12 AP that is pass through a single POE,reaming are working fine) does not join the AP for Some time after some time it works properly what is the issue behind that.

If they have an IP address, can you telnet/SSH in?
