WLC 5508 Boot Loader Failed

Cisco WLC 5508 Failed to Boot, Below is the information I got when I console into the device:

Could you please assist with this problem ?

That looks bad, could be broken disk, but could also be broken FUS or some other software failure.

You might want to upgrade the FUS if that is still possible:

Otherwise open a TAC for this.

The appliance is dead.  Contact Cisco TAC and arrange for RMA.
