Do somebody knows what´s going to happen about configuration when you migrate 2-WLC 5508 giving wireless services correctly, using load balancing with the APs to HA-SSO mode???
At this time we have some AP groups in WLC1 and in WLC2 we don´t have the AP groups, what´s going to happen with the configuration of both WLCs, both configuration are going to be merged??

When you join the two WLC together to form HA SSO, the ACTIVE WLC with synchronize the configuration with the standby WLC via the Redundancy Port (RP).

For Example, at this time the network is up and giving service with 70 APs, 35 in WLC1 and 35 in WLC2.We have flex connect in some APs and AP groups configured in some WLC for an specific APs.
What´s going to happen with these issues once we have converted both WLC in HA-SSO being some parameters live in WLC1 and in WLC2 don´t.

When you covert the pair into SSO, all the APs will go to the ACTIVE unit. No unit will "live" in the standby unit because this unit will "share" the AP-support license between the two.
This is the first step you need to get sorted. Send an email to license@cisco.com. and give them the exact details of what you want to do (i. e. AP SSO) and then provide the serial number of your nominated active WLC and the serial number of your nominated standby WLC.

Ok, but imagine both wlc before convert in ha sso, wlc1 has 1 ssid called sales and wlc2 has one ssid called workers, when you pair both wlc in ha sso whats going to happen with the configurations of both WLC, are going to be merged, or you are going to lose the parameters of one WLC and only one configuration is going to remain ????

The configurations will merge.
To make the merging easier, move all your SSIDs and associated dynamic interfaces to the nominated active WLC. Move all your APs to the nominated active WLC. Join them.
