Hello, is it possible to multicast between 2 different SSID's that are associated to 2 different VLAN's?

Well if your talking about bonjour protocol, you can, just follow these instructions.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/wireless/ps4570/products_tech_note09186a0080bb1d7c.shtml
Either way, you would need to enable multicast on the WLC and on the network to get multicast to work.
Thanks,
Scott

Bonjour can be serviced on one vlan only due to link local. As of now you need 3rd party gateway to route between different VLANs, however it doesn't require with wlc code 7.4.
For other Multicast services, yes you need to enable Multicast routing on wired side. Wireless side, you can leave the AP mode to Multicast/Unicast however global multicast needs to be enabled.
