WLC 5508 Problem

Hi All,

I have a WLC 5508, its PS1 and PS2 are OFF state, SYS is blinking amber and ALM is continues amber,

Its port s are not coming UP and I am not able to access the Controller, All ports are physically down and

in console nothing is showing when I connect through the console cable.

If anyone knows the issue please advise,

in the guide it says if SYS is blining amber and ALM is continuous amber then it is internal voltage error.

Internal Voltage Error:

SYS blinks amber.

ALM is continuous amber.

If your power source is OK then it seems the internal power is faulty and you need RMA.
