That shouldn’t be happening. I’m assuming this is in production, but have you tried to reboot and see if the problem exists? Was this happening since the device was brought up? You running a recommended code?

We are running recommended image. Hmm, tested on yet another laptop and login with IE is quick. Edge never comes up with login. Actually we have two 5508s with different images. Both are the same. I guess it's hit and miss with browsers. Cisco.com is very slow with IE. OK with Edge ... Aghrrr Thank you Scott.
Tried on another laptop. IE is quick, very quick. Edge I don't know, because I don't want to wait that long ... We do run recommended image on one and older on another 5508. Both behave the same.
