WLC 5760 an AIR-AP1852l

Hi,

I am having problems with AP 1852,  LED is cycling through red-green-amber-off. it is connected over PoE Cisco 2960 switch. I connected it over additional power injector but sam happen. 

After that, I connect it over the console and boot it and notices:

[*07/02/2019 08:13:33.4786] SSID: parse error

and on show tech-support:

Reboot Reason : Invalid Config File

Controller version:

Software Version

03.07.05E RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)

in attachment is boot and sh tech support output. 

Any suggestion? change IOS?

What is the complete model of the AP and what country code is enabled on the switch.
