hello
Dear, I have a question, if I have AP9100 I understand that they already come with AIR-DNA-X licenses, but if I have AP AirOS they need licenses for the controller either AIR-DNA-E or AIR-DNA-A, but in a document I indicate that they need two licenses for each AP "AIR NETWORK LICENSE" and "AIR DNA LICENSE".

I'm looking for the "AIR NETWORK LICENSE" but they don't appear for purchase, are they necessary?

- I would advise to sort this out and or ask to a local partner : https://locatr.cloudapps.cisco.com/WWChannels/LOCATR/jsp/partner_locator.jsp

- Well , I don't want to be a kid (smile) ; but if you are a local partner , servicing businesses : then it's best to regulate through TAC or internal Cisco contacts ,

Try but I can't open a case in Cisco because my client has not yet purchased any product, and without a contract there is no case.

- Do you as a partner have other channels for a TAC or support contacts ?
