There is Cisco WLC-9800 and one AP is joined to it.
My question is that.
AP mode: Flex
There are two SSID one in Flex and the other in Central. The client can connect to the Flex SSID and can use the internet. When a client connects to Central SSID, he gets an IP address but cannot use the internet.
Is it possible when AP is in flex mode so that a client can connect SSID in central mode.

Hi
Basially when you connect in flexconnect the user traffic is not sent to the WLC. The AP send the user traffic to switch and there to the network and internet.
When the SSID is central mode the user traffic is sent to the WLC and then to the network and internet. It is very important to trobleshooting considering this.
Connect a user in the Central mode SSID and make sure it gets a DNS server (ipconfig). Then, make sure you can ping the gateway and can resolve names (nslookup www.google.com )

- Have a checkup review (sanity check) of the WLC-9800 configuration with the CLI command show tech wireless ; feed the output into

Yes, it is possible AP in FlexConnect mode & SSID to switch traffic centrally. In 9800, all depends on your tag configurations. Please check this post to make sure you have right configurations with respect to tags & profile.
