There is an AP that is unable to join the controller.
Find that AP and check the status (maybe needs a reboot) or disable the port.

      - Also check the controller's logs , perhaps you will find additional info's

Hi all , The wlc logging as attached file

Is it seems access point can't get IPv6 from dhcp server ?

Could you please suggest

Thank you

Are you using ipv6? As long as the ap gets an ipv4 address it should be fine. You might want to try to test the cabling, replace the patch cable and move it to another switch port. Another way is just to swap the ap with another one that is working and see what happens.

I had the same problem.
It stopped after I disabled IPv6.
Controller - General - Global IPv6 Config -> DISABLED
