Dear Experts,
I recently encountered a problem with my ACS server connected to the WLC.
I have a WLC 5508 with HA which was working perfectly fine. I could log in with my username and password and edit anything like making new SSID or changing other configurations.
Recently I connected it to an ACS server version 5.2 following these simple steps from this link ( http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/5500-series-wireless-controllers/113670-eap-authentication-00.html )
Now I cannot log in with my username and password instead I can now log in with username: User1 and Password:*****.
When I log in with User1, I do not have the right to change or modify anything and it gives me the error "Authorization failed, no sufficient privileges for user"
My questions is:
Thank you
