WLC AP monitor

My customer need monitor the AP on the WLC

They want the WLC can integration with mail when the AP down WLC can send a email to the administrator.

I think this cannot be achieved

So i want to know whether the WLC can monitor the AP number use SNMP , use which OID to monitor

Our WLC is 5508

Cisco Prime Infrastructure can do this.

But we have no Cisco Prime Infrastructure,so we need use 3rd SNMP to monitor this job.

I think the WLC have this OID.
