Hi, I been searching online and watching video on configuring WLC but my WLC is just not able to find my AP's no matter how much I troubleshoot, all i see online is that they are using different version example lightweight AP's.

What I need help with.
- Using management PC to access the WLC GUI and able to list my existing AP's

WLC credentials- user admin password Cisco123

                  - For packet tracer questions projects and problems go here  : Packter tracer discussions
But some hint : it is not the task of the WLC to find APs ; it works the other way around , the APs must be configured to find the (correct) controller ; standard method is to use DHCP with option 43 to find the wireless  controller :

Check this complete guide https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/wireless/catalyst-9800-cl-wireless-controller-cloud/nb-06-cat9800-cl-wirel-cloud-dep-guide-cte-en.html for all stuff, plus check Option 43 as @marce1000 said.

By the way, it is AP which looks for the WLC and not the other way.
