WLC Config Analyser

The latest WLC Config Analyzer requires Windows .NET 3.5, which is an old version and impossible to download anymore. Is there any plans to convert this program to use .NET 4.6 (the current version) or is this program now dead? It is a pretty helpful program for analyzing interference.
