Hello team,

recently our client send us a question about software for end of all device.

We suggested new device, but it is working properly, so they refuse.

Does anyone have this:

AIR-CT5500-AP_BUNDLE-K9-8-5-182-0.aes

Thanks, br.

This means you don't have any contract associated with this device model on your Cisco partner profile. To resolve this, you can:

  1. Reach out to the service contract administrators in your organization to add the device's SmartNet to your profile.
  2. Open a Cisco TAC case and request them to add it for you.

Once the device is added to your profile, you'll be able to download the software file.

1.  Read this:  Cisco Wireless LAN Controller AireOS Software FIPS Mode Denial of Service Vulnerability

2.  Scroll Down to the "Customers Without Service Contracts" section and read that very carefully.

3.  Email TAC with the following information:

  • Serial number of the WLC
  • Filename requested
  • Download link where the file is located
  • Security Bulletin

Hello, ok, but I get notification:

Entitlement Required. Click for support

Anyway, I send an TAC case, so we will see what is next.

Thank you for help.
