Hello,
Hoping that someone already encountered this issue and have your guidance.
We recently upgraded our Cisco 5508 WLC. But after upgrade we are able to reach the management address for a few minutes but wlc went down after.
We are able to get console access to the device. All of configuration are intact and also notice that my AP can still associate to it. even though AP are associated Wireless are still not working. Hoping for your guidance
software is form 8.0.133.0 to 8.0.140.0
Regards,
July

Go to Management > Tech Support > Controller Crash.
If there is something there, copy and paste into a text file and upload to this thread.

Leo,
Thank you very much for your help. We already resolved the issue. We ended up in restoring the WLC into factory default and configure it from scratch.
