I want to achieve what is on the picture.
I have got WLC 2504 and 2 access points 1702. Is it possible?

you can do this without controller, convert both to autonomous mode, follow this post if you run into any issue converting to autonomous mode.

once converted, you can configure one AP as root other AP as non-root, I would also recommend you to configure some form of security for instance non-root should authenticate through 802.1x with root before joining, using a local user database on root.

I have personally done option 1 with a different AP model, keep in mind to take consideration RF parameters like EIRP, LOS etc for wireless bridging.
