Hello,
Actually in my company, we backup configuration file (running-config & vlan.dat) by SCP with an automatic script which just download these two files for our Cisco Devices (router, switches, AP, ...).
I would like to do the same backup on the Wireless Lan Controlle 2106 v5.1.
Could you tell me if it's possible to backup files located on the WLC by SCP?
I don't found a command like "dir flash: ; dir nvram: ; ...".
Thanks,

Check out this page on config backup/restore; this may give you an insight on how to modify your script to work with WLCs:

Hi Vlad,
This link doesn't provide information on how to initiate file transfers FROM the server - at least I couldn't find any. Is there a way to do as mentioned, or do I always have to initiate the transfer FROM the controller?
Regards,
Thomas

ftp Enter mode: ftp.
sftp Enter mode: sftp.
tftp Enter mode: tftp.
