WLC/LWAPP : invalid licence in configuration request

I'm currently facing an issue with the WLC and AP. The AP is connected directly to the WLC. The AP join and then unjoin from the WLC. I saw an error message display. I wonder if anyone can advise me?

WLC : 2100

firmware version: 6.0.199.4

AP: 1242AG

What is the complete model number of the AP and the Regulatory domain country the WLC is using??

Hi,

the AP is Singapore reg domain.. the WLC Canada.. So.. please do that below config..

WLC WEB GUI >> Monitor >> Wireless >> Country >> Check Singapore >> Apply.
